Learning Danish
I’ve wanted to try something new, to learn some language which is not so current. I decided to learn Swedish, because it sounds amazing and I really love Sweden. I would like to go there one day. I was surfing on the internet and looking for some books for learning but there wasn’t anything like that so I gave it up. In December I saw a poster about language courses and there was a Swedish course too. I was very happy and I told it to my friend who wanted to learn Swedish with me and we were sure we are going to register there. Unfortunately we didn’t catch the register deadline. This weekend I have seen a film in Danish. I’ve noticed that this language is even more beautiful than Swedish
I’ve also realized that Copenhagen is a beautiful city, maybe more than Stockholm (sorry Nathalie
). Sooo before I went to the cinema I had gone to the Panta Rhei and I bought a book for learning. I really enjoy learning Danish, it is more exciting than I expected, but it is also very difficult and complicated. Phonetic system is completely different from written form. There are also some lovely letters such as ø and Czech republic is called Tjekkiet…Fail
. I’ve already knew to introduce myself :
Hej, jeg hedder Zuzana, og jeg er 15 år gammel. Jeg kommer fra Slovakiet. ect.
Lovely, isn’t it?
Is there any language or skill you wish you could speak/had?

OOOOH ZUZANA!!!
A great post, I love it!
And… Nooo, it doesn`t mind about Stockholm, although I still like it more!
But Copenhagen it very cute indeed, especially that Little mermaid! And about Danish… it`s just fantastic! I hope you will learn me some words…
I love learning languages and I still haven`t enough of learning them! I would certainly like to learn German (but that already aranged because I`m taking that subject in the second class
), Italian (I already know some phrases and I regularly keep learning new words), mayby Spanish… I`ve got lot of languages which I would like to learn but it`s not possible I think (but I will try!)
